The Biqu Microprobe can only fit on a V2.4/Trident or Switchwire, not on a V0. On a V0.1/0.2 the choices I know of are the stock frame-mounted microswitch, ZeroClick or the differential IR sensor.

The Mini Stealth is not really compatible with the Vz-HextrudORT. Since it is secured from below, it would require an extra insert piece similar to what was designed to fit the Vz into a full sized Stealthburner. As you can see here, the Vz is rather wide and would extend outside of the shroud. I don't believe this would work in a V0.1/0.2 as the max X travel brings the toolhead very close to the frame.

Okay, I'll do zero click. But does VZHextrudort affect the printing area? If it doesn't work, if it's all about looks, wouldn't it be better to design the character to make Knomi look better?

it might be better cosmetically to give it a character pattern like this.

I have the CNC Vz-HextrudORT on mine.  It uses the same LGX Lite bolt pattern.  You may have a little interference with shell witht he stepper motor's offset (I'd always planned on chopping my top off anyhow, so i never checked).

Representing at ERRF, btw!

That is one impressive printer!

The filament latch and tensioning screw is the only thing that should interfere with the shroud. It looks like the stepper hanging off of the side doesn't cause any issues with the V0.2 tophat but I'm pretty sure it would hit in a V0.1.

According to the research I have done it is best to have the ebb36 mounted as vertically plum as possible.  When you have time do you think that you could work this out?  How is the Vorpal 180 coming along??

Here is a new Umbilical/EBB36 mount with the vertical back.

@atrushingGood afternoon,

This all looks great!  I was looking through the downloads folder and It does not look like everything is in the folder so I am wondering what it is that I need to download to make a MiniSB with the Dragonfly BMO hotend, lgx lite, boop, Knomi and Canbus and I want to be able to mount this to my Tri-Zero(V0 mod) with a mgn9 rail for X and then also the switchwire conversion with a mgn12 for X.

The LGX Lite version of the Boop is here. I have made a Knomi for the LGX Lite/Dragon combo but not the Dragonfly yet. I will try to work on that tomorrow. Neither of these mods have been finalized and I need to push a large update across all of the Mini Stealth versions after I finish the Vorpal. The update should include the Knomi as well as the Mellow Fly Halo for all extruders and a few more compatible hotends so the number of download files will get very large very quickly.

The x_frame...Switchwire pieces in the downloads should be up to date and are designed around the MGN12 rail.

Thanks man I will let you know as soon as I get it printed and everything fitted together.  Will probably be next week sometime

Be gentle when installing the screen. Some people have cracked their Knomi display because the shroud was a little tight. I have tried to make enough clearance but every printer has different tolerances.

Will do sir.  We may need a little more clearance for the motor wiring on the ebb36 mount that you made for the lgx lite.  I will attach a photo when I have enough signal to do so.

@atrushing This is what I was referring to in my last post.

IMG_2851.jpg

I usually rotate the stepper by 180deg so the wires come out from the bottom. I've tried to make sure that there is enough room in each of the x-carriage versions for the wires to wrap around from the bottom and meet the rest of the wires before heading up to the strain relief part.

Okay I see what you are saying now.  Another question for ya.  Is there supposed to be spacers between this bracket and the EBB36?  Mine does not want to mount flush due to the solder points on the back of the board?  Or am I missing something??

Yes it will need washers or spacers, the pockets are for the regular Umbilical PCB but the EBB36 has a lot more components mounted on both sides. It would be hard to design a good pocket system that doesn't need supports, especially without an EBB36 on hand to verify fitment.

Perfect man.  Thanks again for your hard work and dedication to the world of 3D Printing.  I ran out of my purple filament so I had to order more last night.  I will update you when I get it in and am able to get everything else printed and start assembling.

Your design looks very good, but it looks very complicated.
I want to make Rapido V2 UHF + VzHextrudort + Knomi + ZeroClick but the files are very confusing

Yeah sorry, I haven't officially released the Knomi/Fly-Halo versions so those shrouds are only found within the comment sections. Also there are so many different options by now that the list of files has exploded. I wish we could use a folder structure here.. The shroud I posted above on the 10th of October should work for the VzHex combination you are using but I didn't make a cable_door for it. You would need:

- the shroud above
- the LGX_Lite_adapter_plate_mini_stlb.stl
- the Status_LED_logo_diffuser.stl
- Status_LED_Carrier.stl
- the x_carriage as needed for your printer (MGN7 or MGN9)
- ZeroClick_Mount_Mini_Stlb.stl

I haven't designed a cable management solution for the VzHextrudort but here is a EBB36 mount that should work or could be remixed for the cables only.

Edit:
The ZeroClick Mount will need a re-worked version to fit the UHF shrouds. I will try to get to this soon.

Is there a platform where I can reach you? discord vs.
