Does the HE Fan have to be the Pi fan or will a 30mm x 30mm x 10mm fan fit?  I can find the 10mm thick fan in 24v flavors.

Yes, the current version will fit a 3010 fan and a spacer clip is needed if using a 3007 fan. The LED wires are tight with the 10mm fan but it should all fit.

Hello again, have you designed any EBB36 mounts that enclose the pcb decently well. I saw some discussions on here but I haven't found any related files yet. Thanks.

Here is the latest mount that I have made to mount an EBB36 on the current version of the Mini Stealth. It can be used with or without the Orbiter filament sensor and includes new cable doors that have a cutout for the new filament release lever (available in the same post).

The PCB sits so far back that I don't know how it could be enclosed. It might be possible to stack a printed cover behind the EBB36 and a small cooling fan could also be added but I haven't tried anything along those lines.

This is an EBB36 mounted on a Mini Stealth v2 but it would look similar on the current version.

Thank you for the quick response and for the files, are the v2 files currently available too? I need to reprint the housing anyways and I'd like to not have to reprint them again. Thanks!

I am currently working on exporting the 428 .stl files.

  • 222 different shroud pieces (including CropTop versions)
  • 5*12 (60) different core pieces
  • 7*4 (28) x-frame sets
  • 4 V0 x-carriages
  • 4 V0.1/V0.2 XY_joint_upper replacements
  • 5 Printers for Ants x-carriage parts
  • 3 DAB parts
  • 4 probe mounting pieces
  • 11 different cable doors
  • 7*9 (63) motor bridge and umbilical PCB mounts
  • 4 status LED parts and Knomi2 clip
  • 4 filament release levers
  • 10 customized extruder parts

I will upload them and then I need to make new instructions although the v2 is much easier to install than the current version. I'm not sure how quickly I will be able to finish (and I will be away the week after next) but I plan on making an announcement post that will also outline the changes.

Damn, that's a lot of work. Thanks for the reply.

Amazing.... what a fabulous round number... almost "Monk"ish... I am glad I delayed my V0 build until you did release v2.0 🙂

It looks good now.

I was checking the MicroProbe in my V0.1 Blender mockup and it will limit X travel by about 8mm.

But it should be a viable probe option when installing the Mini Stealth on an Ender 3. I will be adding a PINDA mount as well as the BL-Touch mount shown here..

Sir, I would like to know how you placed the FPC connector board for Mellow fly Halo?I also use it in voron 0.1 tri-zero.

  • Bambulab TZ2.0 hotend with high flow nozzle
  • Mellow fly halo
  • Zero click
  • GDS 3010/4010
  • Orbiter 2.0
  • Mellow fly SHT36V2

This is a good question. I didn't know about this extra board. Unfortunately Mellow doesn't provide any 3D data for the connector board but I will try to figure out the dimensions from your picture or this one from their GitHub.

Can tell me how long the ribbon cable is to help me in finding a mounting place for the board?

How does this look? It holds the PCB in place with an M3x6 BHCS and has a shoulder to keep it straight.

If it works out for you, then I can work this up for the other extruder options.

This would require creating an entire new lever and linkage system and doesn't look very promising. The Mini Stealth is so much smaller than the Stealthburner and doesn't have the structural mass to secure the needed pivot points used by the Filametrix. The lever is also very close to the extruder.

sir , how to Adding Decorative Inlay for mini stealthV2.0?I want to use dual color printing to make it

Sorry this took a while. I made new hex-pattern .stl files for the Mini Stealth v2 and I found a video that should work for setting up a dual color pattern print in Bambu Studio. The first minute and a half won't apply since he is creating the inlay from a converted .svg file.

I just found this project and would love to use this with my AWD trident project. But I'll be using 9mm belts. Any chance of a remix to use bigger belts?

I should be able to do that but which probe will you be using?

Also, will you be running an UHF hotend (Rapido/Dragon UHF, VolcoMosq) or a standard height hotend?

I appreciate you offering to look into this, but hold off for the time being. I ordered one of the new Siboor CNC AWD trident kits that I would like to use your mini stealth on, but it uses a unique CNC carriage that only fits a SB with uhf rapido. Vitiali is working on a universal carriage. I will wait until his is available to work on how to mount the Mini to it.

It looks like it is still a front mounted MGN12 linear carriage so my x-frame set should work just as well if modified for the 9mm belts.

I have added the 9mm belt geometry to the Beacon3D x-carriages (standard and UHF) so you can give it a try when you get your kit.
