The work of ryandum (his github: VoronUsers/printer_mods/ryandam/Cable_management_duct/ OR https://mods.vorondesign.com/detail/YTmSPTcWpctfTKQj3bOPg Strong enough where it doesn't snap. Tophat stays on when locked into place. Printed in both ABS and PLA. Both performed very well with no supports & very functional. Kudos to you ryandam for a great design. BTW, I printed several designs out there, and none hold up as good. I did make one small mod to it. Bottom inside corners of channels. I changed the Upside down L shaped spring-like forms(wire tie loops) to solid and angled them to a 45°. This provides just a little more stiffness to sidewalls for tophat locking, and reduces retraction to 0% while printing, and prints a little faster. It does however, remove the ability to use wire ties thru those loops, but adds strength. I don't know if I'll actually print & use these for a Voron (only time will tell when I get to that point) since the cost for an 8 pack is less than $25US, but great to have on hand for other projects. See pics below. 1st results printed flawlessly. 2 small samples/Red=ABS/Ivory=PLA. Full Size(140mm) in Ivory-BoneWhite. 3dNutter Link to review
