Great solution but I printed on their side for greater strength so that when opening to slide over the belts it wasn't trying to snap them across the layer lines.

The best solution that can currently be found and will be. It is very minimalistic, stylish, self-locking and robust. This mod should be a part of voron 2.4 printed parts as it is much better than connecting the belts with a zip tie!
