We need the screwing mechanism of the Rapidchange with the carousel of the Milo changer.

I was thinking the same thing, maybe have the rapidchanger on a platform sitting on a servo-operated motor.

Or maybe just mount it on the end of the bed like the Milo one. There should be enough Y to reach all of the tools and not many people fixturing parts at the end of the table.

Your right should have enough Y to reach the four tool ports. The X axis shouldn't be an issue, it can be mounted in the dead zone. The changer's height on the Z is 51.20 mm. The model that has a dust  cover, IR collet sensor, and toolsetter is an additional $200 

I will 3D print the top and bottom and test the fitment and movement.
