Yeah I ended up using a syringe with EP2 in it, dispensed into the gap between the rail / carriage and smooshed it in.. slid the carriage around a bit and repeated. Not sure if that is as good as dispensing into the carriage via one of the railing holes until it oozes out or not.

That's they way I do it as only the rails on my VZBOT had the grease hole. Certainly made it easier but not necessarily better.

Ouch! Think plenty of us have done that, or had the senior moment where you know there's no stopper but you still twist the rail that way....

Welcome to the not so exclusive club of linear Rail Flops. Been there, done that. Now I use the rail alignment tools on every rail. Acts as a good stopper and I can see it. Not like those little rubber stoppers

Note to self... check seating of rubber stoppers on the linear rails before you slide carriage back and forth to work in the grease

Have you sacrificed the right number of goats? i'm sure there's a goat-sacrifice-calculator somewhere in the Voron GitHub.....

So here I am right now... want to finish assembling SB and CW2, got the 2 piece PCB mounted and now have to figure out how to wire it. Have like a million "voron" related links in my browser so if anyone has a reference on what to do don't be shy 🙂
