I had this issue too.  However I had BOTH mainsail and fluidd installed (via KIAUH).  My problem is when I installed fluidd, I told it to use port 8080.  Turns out the mjpegstreamer uses port 8080 so I believe this caused the whitescreen.  So I uninstalled both and reinstalled fluidd (insert mainsail/fluidd/octoprint debate here) and all is working now.
