Try setting your tolerance a bit higher or just run the QGL again. Also be aware that running QGL when heating the bed in my opinion is a NO NO. Either do a cold QGL, or heat the bed, wait 10 -15 min for a heat soak and then QGL again.

This is my tolerance, though it used to be 0.075 prior to installing the Voron TAP

speed: 120
horizontal_move_z: 5
retries: 6
retry_tolerance: 0.0050                      (Change this value to something like 0.01, then slowly decrease the value if needed)
max_adjust: 10

I was wondering before how tight should the belt be. So it tend to be pretty tight before it could generate some frequency that guitar app can pickup.

I've been dump all along. That's one thing I did tighten the belt.

2nd I remove the heating in my G32 print start routine and put the heat up after QGL and it seem to work.

It must not QGL while hot with Klicky!!!

However, previously it seem to be ok with QGL during heat up.

Anyway let see how far can I go with this new tuning.

Thanks guys.

Ouch.

I use the tension meter tool off Printables.

Me too but I linked to the stl versions of these, not the Gcode ones. Those can be annoying since you have to edit it to make it work on a voron.

but yes, these meters are awesome, I think I found these too thanks to you ❤️
