I have two projects that I am highly interested in building and I will be building... ha ha...  and I have been busy drawing a plan for them. One is a V0.2 and the other is a trident. Both are going to be sourced because of the frame work and railing modifications I will incorporating. As I have mentioned I have several sets of THK HSR15. and I wanted to make use of them. I already recieved the aluminum extrusions needed for both so as soon as I get done with printed part mods I will start the build. I think V.02 first. So see you guys in the build diary section soon.

Hi

started a scrap heap build from a bear prusa 2040 kit to trident..
so far it "only" needs a few more 2020 extrusions.  🙂  i try and post some images when it getting  more representative right now its kinda shy .

2040 extrusion for base standing
2020 for column and top section

MG12 leftover after a nice try to get the bear prusa kit to be railed 🙂
Nighthawk kit from LDO.
Left over octopus v1.0 mainboard after converting the R2.4 to 48v for A and B steppers.

going to be a bit of odd shape 400mm * 410 mm but who don't like a challenge 🙂
and i cant wait to see the R2 parts show up.

might do a tradrak have hw sitting here looking sad. but that thing with time is interesting 🙂

for the voron 2.4 going to remove the remaining 22xx and do a full 51xx 48V i don't think it will be a epic change.

But well see when the opportunity and a low price on the 51xx comes.
