Question

Hi. I was building my Voron 2.4 300mm build with CNC parts ,replacing motor brackets, z joints, x gantry tensioners and came across a possible issue. X gantry motor brackets are 5 mm thick with a plastic belt clamp of 5.5 mm thickness. Parts mounts to the back of the frame with M5x30 mm bolts. However x gantry belt tensioners from chaoticlab are only 3 mm thick aluminum with a 5.5 mm belt clam so it needs a M5x28 mm bolts..This changes a position of the Z rail carriage slider by 2 mm in the front of the frame This is because chaoticlab tensioner is only 3 mm thick so when assembled with all the parts included Z rails sliders are 2 mm higher compared to position of the back linear rails sliders when X gantry is leveled. I don't know if this affects printer in any way as it only affects position of Z rail slider and its bearing. If it does affect then what would be best solution? I was thinking to print thicker X gantry belt clamps,or adding 2 mm shims, last option would be to add a longer spacer to Z joint in the front so i can keep the position of all Z rails sliders at the same level..Ideas??
