Sneak preview...

Glitter "The Dark Knight" if he loved glitters that is..

Using Oblivion Black and sparkle grey from Sparta.

Front Skirts with an infill behind it (two color print) since my little daughter walks around with screwdrivers sometimes.. feels dangerous, and this way she cant fry herself..

Going a bit more lightweight on this build, with the MINI SB, the best extruder out there, the Sherpa, and REVO hotend.

On a X rail from HIWIN, and that will be mounted on a X-rail (aluminium lightweight)

More to come...

Just received the X gantry extrusion, aluminium lightweight.. its scary light, 36.5 grams. It feels like it will float in the air...

I will weight the original with the lock bolts in there, since thats a comparable config then.

I hope its strong and stiff.. lets see...

Full Stealth Mini "The Rush" with Sherpa and Revo hotend, all fans and wiring in there....

218.8 grams, ok lets call it 219 grams.

Its not on the X-carriage, so its just the complete Mini. I will weight it with X-carriage and Klicky in there...

This is impressive! Those aluminum screws make more of a difference than I figured but you still need the two long ones to mount it to the carriage.

You could shave about 6.5 grams off by doing the crop-top and then you wouldn't need the cable door saving another 7 grams! That would be a fun challenge getting the hex pattern to work with the crop-top 🤔

True, and I cant find aluminium ones, or titanium ones of that length.... m3 50mm (I think I managed to use 40mm btw..).. too bad.

I dont know what the crop top is..  but I will check it out...

Ok ... FULL set with all screws, including montage to X-carriage and the Klicky on there...

252 grams.

Now I need to know.. what does a normal SB weigh? or a TAP version even...

I added another negative-body .stl file in the downloads and an extra section in the tutorial to do this:

It also makes it easier to install the hotend and extruder.

Will check it out, although I’m very happy with current results 😂

ok, that seems pretty heavy indeed, didnt expect that much of a difference, so I am assuming that a SB with TAP is close to 500grams, if not over... damn..

So I am almost at half the weight I guess with this setup, thats impressive from the Mini/revo/Sherpa combi...

Looks extra nice in sparkly spark..

Looking good - really liking the sparkle. If only the postage from Canada was not so bloody expensive!

same here, I took part of a group buy, this way it was ok.. It was under 30 euro a spindle, not bad for this quality of ASA, since, yes its sparkle, but just good filament.
And yes, took 12 spindles.. soooooo.. also weird colors... lets see...

Its starting to look like a printer, but the keen eye will see that I put in my gantry the wrong way around, working without the manual has it downsides 😛

But I just turned around the bottom plate, since nothing was attached yet, took 1 minute to do.. pfew..

Now the cabling of the Mini Stealth.. damn, now I miss the normal stealthburner, so much space for the connectors and cables, on this.. nothing..

Next time, I will go canbus on this thing, for sure, full cables is just not an option, also no cableduct, but would go direct cable, umbil.. umb.. whatever.. that..

lesson learned, now I try to finish it like this and come up with a better way to hide the UGLY connectors behind the Mini.

Maybe I will still go canbus later.. not afraid to share my failures too 😛

No, there is a mod to relocate the z-enstop without reprinting the AB Motor Mounts

1. https://www.printables.com/model/363657-voron-v24-trident-rear-umbilical  or

2. https://www.printables.com/model/312008-voron-24-a-drive-pg7-umbilical-mount

Have seen others as well

But if you printed the pin mods - then you already have a spot for the Y-switch
