Load and Unload Filament issue

Pradit

Question

Hi all,

With my clog and jam issues in many post here.

I tried to use this load unload macro.

Unload was successful and not jam anymore. (only test twice.)

I tested Load 3 times.

1st and 3rd I got error mcu shutdown.

What could cause this???

And another issue I couldn't get connect to klipper from the octoprint anymore after this mcu shutdown.

I only have to restart the whole thing to be able to connect again.

If anyone know what happen to this too.

Thanks.

I had a similar issue but I don't know how related it might be. One of the extra input pins that I was using was on a channel related to SPI. When I triggered the pin it apparently interfered with the USB/serial communication between the Pi and MCU. Using the command "ls /dev/serial/by-id/usb*" returned nothing at all. After I moved that input to another pin and re-powered the printer the serial communication resolved itself.

It might be worth checking the PINS.pdf for your board, especially checking anything that might be connected beyond the standard config for your board.
