Anyone know how to use PlotyTempGraph the octoprint plugin?

What I'm looking at is the way to display every thermistor and temperature on the screen.

I had this config.

I will add chamber thermistor too.

But with this I tested couple of plugin and found PlotyTempGraph show potential.

How do I feed those temp data to this plugin?
