1st layer question

I had my routine like this each day.

1. Start the printer, g28, qgl.

2. G32, g28 z.

3. Print my 1st layer test print take 20 sec.

4. If the result was good then I could print non stop one after another. (If there is no clog in between print. Thats another issue for another topic.)

5. If the result was bad. I kept running g32, qgl over and over.

Most of the time when bad g32 or qgl usually failed midway.

But I kept repeating until print 1st layer turn out good.

When No 5 happened it sometime took an hour to resolve.

I didnt change any z offset its been tune nice squish.

Any idea guys?

I got it now.

I have never understand it before. "Heat soak".

It need heat soak almost an hour to start qgl successfully.
