Klicky probe tap with no click sound.

Pradit

Question

I don't know what happen.

I changed filament from pla+ to a new spool of pla. I didnt print for few days.

Today i couldnt have 1st layer squish perfectly.

Many g32, qgl both hot or cold.

Till later on i noticed some location it hit the bed without click sound.

It couldnt complete qgl or g32 some time.

What could cause any of those?

Perhaps a loose connection/contact somewhere in the signal. Does the probe go through a PCB or is it directly wired to the print controller board. First thing I would do is check these connections. If they are secure, then perhaps the connection between the magnets and the wire may by "loose" and not making proper contact.

It connected to ebb36.

Is the switch good? Have you tested continuity on the probe part?

I think its good. I pressed still firm.

I noticed its not the switch.

Its like the plastic on the side touch the bed 1st.

Then i re-tension the belt today.

And i got lucky with the probe.

I will try that again tomorrow if it still ok.
