Hi everyone- inveterate tinkerer and fresh inductee into the cult of voron.  Started with an ender3 that I found in a trash pile, 7 years later it's a pretty finely tuned, enclosed workhorse running on linear rails and klipper with an afterburner toolhead.  I'm currently printing parts to convert my backup ender 3 into a switchwire, and planning to build a trident after I'm finished with bedslingers.

 

I've mostly printed PETG, but am really enjoying the switch to ASA and once I get my nevermore made, going to try ABS.  The VOCs really bother me.  Looking to eventually move up to nylon, since I do print some function parts.  I do metalworking and welding professionally, so 3d printing has been really nice to make organizers, jigs, fixtures, mockups of machined parts, etc.  I'm also working on metal casting as a hobby, and am interested in using the 3d printable lost wax replacement filament.  Classic adhd basket case, too many interests and projects happening simultaneously.  

 

Pretty fully dedicated to open source ideology and ethics. I also have prusa mini with bondtech extruder and dragon hotend- it's a real champ with the new input shaping firmware & profiles.
