Received  a response from Tina but I cannot read as I cannot login. I am receiving emails  but when I try to login there is something wrong cannot us forgotten pass word.

Ah, sorry didn't read the second post. What is happening when trying "Forgotten Password"? Are you getting an error or do the reset messages never turn up? I'm presuming as you're seeing responses from people that means you e-mail address linked to TeamFDM is generally correct. Beyond the obvious of checking junk filters and spam mail boxes for the resest message......perhaps an Administrator @Demosth could forcibly reset the password and e-mail it to you?
