@Penatr8tor Remember the STL's you covered for me? First part milled poor man's tailstock DRO. (7050 Aluminum) Going to have to make a fixture plate to mill the printed part, which is attached to it because of the geometry.

Yup!

Those parts look awesome. You're definitely getting some mileage out of the Milo.

Good to see.

I'm getting really close to starting my Milo build. I have a few projects in front but it won't be long. I need to liquidate a couple motorcycles, no room in the garage. 😆

Looking forward to your Milo build. While you still have the machine apart, I highly recommend doing the resin/granite (play sand) pour it like having a whole new machine. It eliminates a lot of the resonance/chatter. I know you want to build it stock, but doing this mod means taking it apart again.☹️

That Yamaha would be fun on a windy road. Which one are you keeping?

The Yamaha is the one to go. I need to pull the carbs and fix a stuck float plunger in cylinder #4. I'm just going ultrasonic clean and rebuild all 4 since I already have parts.

I don't know if I'm going to get rid of the Goldwing just yet. Both bikes are low miles, under 14k for both the Yammie and Wing so should sell pretty fast. The Africa Twin I'm going to keep until next year.

My general plan is to sell the Sammie, keep the GW and AT for another year and sell those two to fund a new to me current Gen Goldwing.

Got my eye on this model.

How about a K 1600 B?

I'd purchased this S.S. table, thinking that it would be adequate for the mini lathe, but the top was too flimsy to support the weight of the lathe, and I wasn't about to spend the effort of reinforcing it. So, built this semi-enclosed shelf for what looks like the lathes' final resting place before the teardown to CNC. I'll most likely fabricate a 2020 front panel to complete the enclosure so the chips stay within the enclosure.
