Hi. I have a extension usb cable connected to rpi on my voron 2.4. When i connect flashdrive to usb port it is not visible in mainsail os.
Is there a way to see connected flashdrive content in mainsail or on BTT PITFT5 V2  touch screen so i can print files  from usb ?

Linux, by default, does not make external storage available. I do not think Mainsail has this feature configured, as most of us upload to the network.

This is a macro method

This might help you to configure it

I do not believe that you can print from USB.

I just went through this whole scenario when I couldn't get my printer to connect to my apartment's WiFi correctly.  With the help of ChatGpt I was able to resolve my WiFi issue by setting a static IP on the PI and went from there.

You can as long as the USB is mounted as a directory of your gcode files directory.
If you want access to your printer even if you do not have a locally configured WIFI or Ethernet connection install this package/system.

It makes an AP which you can connect to if it does not detect any of your WIFI networks in range.
