Omron G3NB-210B-1 Termination

Hi All,

Has anyone had one of these crap out? Mine has just popped after 260 print hours and, at an estimate, 40 warmup hours.

Running UK 240V on a 750W 350mm sized LDO bed (so the thicker one). Amp draw max is around 3.1A - 240v @ 0.75kw and ambient in my loft has been between 6 deg C and 12 deg C during the first months of use so higher Amp draw but good cold airflow for the electronics.

Unit is from an LDO kit so have to assume it is a genuine OMRON.

Originally swore at the bed fuse for dropping out half way through a print but that is ok and the OMRON unit removed and energized with 24v on the input is showing it is on (yellow LED) but not working on the Load side.

Crapped out around 3 hours into the print so wasn't under a lot of load at that stage and not a lot of hours under the belt.

Its def not normal. My Omron has over 5000hrs on it. I always buy mine locally though and get the G3NA-210B model because its load rated to 240V instead of 220V

My Aussie voltage is 230-240V. I think the specs say they are both supposed to be good up to 264VAC but then why have two different models.

I would expect LDO to supply a genuine unit but there are an awful lot of extemely suspiciously cheap Omron SSR's on Aliexpress ever since the Voron team made them popular. I pay a lot more for mine, that's for sure.
