Troubles with commissioning my Milo 1.5

Recommended Posts

Awesome colour!

  • Did you format SD card to Fat 32?
  • Using the Mellow motherboard?
  • Got the two jumpers installed by the Wifi card?
  • Do you see the blue LED on the wifi card flashing?

***Update***
I got it to boot. I had the power wires reversed :classic_blush:
I was able to connect via the milo network but I am struggling to get it to connect over my home wifi.
I was able to send the gcode to set SSID and Psswrd. Changed the file name to "network g" but am still unable to see it on my home wifi.
I think I have to change other lines in that file but the RRP instructions are to complicated for my brain.
I am fairly sure that I set M553 and M554 to my home setting but I am unsure what to set M586 to.

Slight tanget question. Does anyone connect a screen to these so you dont have to run them headless.
If so what screens and is there a set up guide.
Thank you for your help

From memory with the ssd cards to format to fat32 u can only use small cards so have a look into that too

FAT 16 is for smaller cards 4GB or lower FAT 32 cards abe 4GB.

You need to find the IP address for your Milo example 192.168.2.49 enter that in your browser to access RRF.

People use the browser and no a screen since to can access RRF with laptop, PC, cell phone etc.
