Introductions and Hi from the East coast of Canada

Hi everyone. I have been playing with electronics as a hobby for about 50 years, last 20 years I focused on building - CNC machines, laser cutters/engravers and off course 3D printer. I have a Prusa 2.5 and what a great learning tool and experience. Recently bought a Voron kit and I think I now have all parts to star. A good winter project. A committed DIYer at home, building additions to my cabin, gadgets around the house, but also a fixer - dont throw it away. 
 

 So, starting my build soon, wish me luck and I will use all the advice that I can find here. As a professional pilot for my day job of 40 years at least I learned “ you have to read the manual and not just wing it”

Welcome to the forum. Where in Canada are you located? I'm in Cornwall, Ontario, 1 hour and 20 minutes from Ottawa or Montreal. I've also built a Milo V1.5 Mill and am in the process of completing the enclosure for it. Building two Vorons was a great experience, and with your skills, you'll love building this one. As mentioned post your progress in the build diary we love following along.

I am in Paradise, Newfoundland & Labrador. Basically, St. John’s - its all one city! I will keep posting as I build. Not a lot of time to myself but dont want to rush the frame. I want it square, true and solid.
