My First VORON 2.4 ( Carbon + CNC + CAN + L.Cooling

Hello everyone!. I am Luciano (Luquio) and I am from Argentina, so my English is not very good... I apologize for that.

I am in the process of building a Voron 2.4 R2 with a mix of Carbon and CNC Aluminum kit.

I have a problem and it is that I don't like to do things in stages 🙂 .... so the machine is half done waiting for missing parts.

These days the CNC aluminum X Carriage should be arriving from Aliexpress, with the bed support and the IDM sensor.

The only thing I would be missing is the bed itself, so I will momentarily use an aluminum cutout that I left over from another project... (it is not ideal but in the absence of anything else, there is not much to think about).

I leave you some images.

PS: The electronics are a Manta M8P v2 + CB1... The Z use 2209 drivers and A/B use 5160T Plus. 24 and 48v power supplies.

Welcome to teamfdm. Looking good. Assume the "Universal turbo kit" is for a CPAP fan? The bed is one of the more important components as a warped bed will cause you endless problems, so I would caution using a grade of aluminium that may be more prone to heat distortion. Would also recommend a minimum of 6mm thickness (*mm is better)

Happy building!

Thank you very much!
You are right, the "universal turbo kit" is for a CPAP fan. Regarding the base, its true, but it is something temporary until I can buy the appropriate bed. I have been delaying since they kill me with the shipping cost... the shipping practically costs me more than the bed itself.
In the meantime, I move forward with other issues such as modifying the StealthBurner for the hotend with liquid cooling.

Welcome to the forum. Looks like a really cool build. 😎👍

Thank you very much! Construction is going a bit slow. I hope to finish it by the end of the year.

I bought the brackets for the base of the bed and I thought they came in a kit (4) and were individual🤦... so I only have 1 until the other 3 arrive. hahahahaha
