Euroharry HIPS

I picked up a spool of Euroharry HIPS in shocking purple from Amazon for a whopping 15 of our yoyos.

I think it's just the colour for the accent parts of the monolithic panels.

I'm just starting the Orca calibration tests.

This stuff prints nice.

Bed 110 with hair spray otherwise it lifts the corners

Nozzle 260 but could go a bit higher.

It's bloody strong!

Those walls look underextruded, with the gaps I'm seeing. Maybe it's my screen?

I'll raise it 10% and reprint them.

I do have a tendency to be a bit lean on the flow rate.

Okay, I raised the flow ration from 0.75 to 0.9 and reprinted it.

The left hand one is the reprint with the higher flow ration, you can just see some signs of over extrusion on the surfaces aways from the walls.

The walls could do with a bit of tweaking, you can still clearly see, and feel, the individual lines. Do I increase the line width (it's at 0.42)?

The gaps in the walls is gone. The top layer setting probably could do with a bit wider lines, but that's just getting nitpicky. Looks like a perfectly useable part to me.
