Hi I'm Manux,

I started with 3d Printing with a Mk2 from Prusa back in the day.

Then build a Snappy - why not. It printed quite well...

Then build a mk3s and another Mk2.5.

Then modded my mk3s with a volcano hotend.

After all this i did a school project to build their own 3D Printer with wood base.

Was quite Fun.

I'm gettting the itch again so i thought. Lets buld a Voron.

After some research i landed on the Siboor Kit. Formbot was my first Idea but to build TAP just to dismantle it and replace it with cartho.... Just seems not worth it.

So i will go with Siboor instead.

I plan to buy the KIT next month (cash influx) and get a few bits and pices like mods and so on.

It should arrive roughly a month later.

I want to do a "Build log with toubleshooting" of my Siboor 2.4 Kit as not many have done a Siboor Kit here it seems.

So my inspiration it the great "Project 7000" Post, I will follow this path...

Background: Social Worker and Linux System Engineer.

Just hit me up if you want to know something...

Looking forward to get to know you.

Best

Manux

Hello!

I recently built a 300mm Siboor 2.4 from the Aug '23 kit, you can find the diary in the Build Diaries section (Bertha's build log).  If you have any questions specific to that build feel free to ask away 🙂.  The gang here are amazing, knowledgeable and friendly and have helped me immensely, I'm sure you'll get just as much support if you need it!
