Hello everyone. There's one of ordinary users who built Voron Trident by ordering each detail separatly myself. Initial built included spider fysetc as control board, but after 2 boards died by 3v line switched to skr 1.4 turbo from previous printer, initialy 1 board while waiting the second one (it's working, but one of the steppers needs to be adjusted manualy during z_tilt_adjust). Used volcano e3d toolhead with inductive probe, but switched to phaetus dragon hf recently. Tried to rework X-gantry to lower probe position, but redacting stl file is pain, also i'm too lazy to redraw it as new detail. Anyway, here's what i used previously and it somehow worked and works till this moment of time.

Here's attachment of modified gantry. Known issue here: there's no hole for 50mm M3 screw from front cover but it can be drilled manually in appropriate position and be used further.

UPD.: after adding second SKR1.4 MSU there was improvment in extruder heater behaviour as it was able to pass PID-calibration with fully blowing part cooling fan (with only one MSU it was capable to do so only with 70% fan intensity, also it could slowly increase temperature even with fully active fan). Also there was the problem with part cooling itself: 3d benchy just get it's nose been deformed on about the half of the height (there's seemingly big overhang angle). The problem was solved by substituting 5010 usongshine fan with the stronger one by GDSTime. Sadly, BOM from voron don't contain information on the exact type of fan which is needed here, more so it doesn't specify the width of exit of this blower which is also caused me to buy another fan just to fit it in Stealthburner. After addition of stronger blower the part cooling issue seems to be gone.
Another issue was that in fully enclosed chamber hotends just ended up clogging midway the print after several hours of print. This problem was caused by the absence of exhaust fan: after I enabled it - the problem disappeared. It seems that for this problems it will be good to put additional 100k-thermistor in the chamber right above rear rail because in this case it will be on around the same level with extruder and the temperature here will be more stabilized. For tests purposes there may be a reason to put another thermistor in the front part of the printer right near the doors or inside stealthburner toolhead near the radiator of extruder.

Contrinuing my Voron Trident diary.
From the last time i wrote about my build there is some changes.
First, I switched to CAN-bus wiring from standart one: regularly started to suffer from disconnection of some of the wires inside the isolation which makes it difficult to locate and reattach them. There was installation of BTT Can-bus, also there was a few issues regarding microprogramm flashing - was solved by uninstalling CanBoot, which was installed by default, followed by installation of Katapult library. After this it started to work properly. Wiring was left at this point through the dragchain. Made it according to this guide.
https://github.com/EricZimmerman/VoronTools/blob/main/EBB_CAN.md

Second, my inductive probe just refused to work at some point of time, seemingly being exposed to high temperature for a long time. So in the end I changed this one with Voron TAP. Also noticed that the first reading during tap usually is different from the next two, this difference was relatively small (aroung 0.01-0.02), also on probe accuracy results were not much different from inductive probe, but on inductive probe first reading usually was the same, as the next ones. During this procedure replaced X and Y endstops from gauntry to TAP-side and near the stepper. There was a need to change G-code at the start section before the printing. There was a problem in stating the actual printing temperature from slicer in the sequence after 150C for bed mesh calibrating, at least, in config file, but it was easily achieved through the start-G-code section in Orca slicer.

Some addition in this part: noticed poor leveling near one corner on large prints. In the end it seems that G28 (homing) command just cancels bed_mesh_calibrate application. After I removed additional G28 command after leveling - the layer became more consistent.

Third, switched Dragon SF hotend with Revo E3D hotend. The overall quality of prints was seemingly increased, especially on the corners where was some distortions due to the picture on the nearing surface. Also it was already good enough with dragon SF. Maybe there was some bad attachment of heatbreak and nozzle, or some retraction issues - do not know.

As some minor adjustments - replaced top pannel locks with magnetic ones, front doors to detachable ones, added nozzle cleaner with additional extender for Trident build.

For the future upgrades I'm planning to:
1) install auxilliary fans to help with the cooling on PLA filament - https://www.printables.com/model/570662-voron-trident-auxiliary-fan/remixes
2) Install MissChanger system with two extruders - https://github.com/VIN-y/MissChanger
Speaking about the thoughts on actual application, there seems a need in installation of the extended TopHat, because existing one is very low. Also there's a need to switch drag chain wiring route to umbilical one, which is also good after the tophat extension. At last, as I can see this, there's issue that the gauntry itself on trident cannot be moved vertically, which leaves the only option of parking frame being moved by actuator or servo, also not sure about the exact implementation of this in the model, like being placed above or below the parking frame. ERCF may be a good solution, but i'm planning to use soluble filament for miniatures printing, so I think it's no good to use one extruder for different filament type.
