Why hello there - From BTT.

Hey Good People,

Thought I would drop a quick note here to say hi!

My name is Luke, I am serving as CTO/Jack of all trades within BTT. Came across this forum recently when looking for others who may be experiencing ESD issues with toolboards. We have developed a test environment that drains litres of water from the air each day and keeps the RH (and AH) levels incredibly low. This tends to tease out any ESD issues with boards nice and early. I found some users who were having hotend ESD strike issues and we were actually able to use their feedback to implement some nice improvements to the products so I see this as a great opportunity to close the loop and keep on improving.

I am admittedly completely over worked and run off my feet so I may not be ever present but I will strive to check in from time to time.
