I started building my Voron without a kit. So I decided to cut and drill all parts by myself.

What tools are you using to cut your rails?

I am cutting my own also, but I have a Makita LC1230 12" Metal Cutting Saw, I bought it for business years back as part of a machine shop that I have. It does tremendously clean cuts in aluminum and steel (different blades).  I ordered 10mm oversize extrusions from Misumi and I just need to trim them precisely (Misumi has tolerances on their cuts which would possibly make them skewed in a build). Of interesting note, it was cheaper to buy cut lengths rather than longer ones for the same overall length of material.

I had to look this up - what a nice looking saw! I'm gonna have to consider this for a future purchase!

It has been a great purchase. I have used it mostly for cutting aluminum extrusions for stepper motor mounts. I think it came with a ferrous blade and I have purchased a couple of non-ferrous blades to cover what I do most.

I use a normal miter saw with a metal blade installed.

So I get nice 90° angles.

For drilling I use a drill stand.

It's pretty easy. And after cutting I fixed all with the same length together and sanded the ends. So the have the exact same length.

This is from yesterday.

Today I will drill the holes to the build plate and install the first self printed parts. 

I printed them on a modified anycubic chiron with ABS by sunlu.

So hopefully I can do my first print in the next few days

I love the color scheme! Where do those flat flex cables go? Are they for the X/Y travel?
