I'm a retired engineer who has been printing for several years having started back in 2019 with a QIDI X-one2 that was a present from my wife.  I never realized how addicting 3D printing can be, and eventually added an Ender 5+, and then a Bambu X1-C.  The Bambu became my day to day printer, allowing me time to play with modifying my other printers.  The QIDI is in the process of becoming a small scale CNC router - milling machine, and I've converted the Ender to a Core X-Y printer.

Having seen what strides were being made by the Voron project, I decided to take the Ender further and incorporate many of the improvements Voron brought to the table. I've found some interesting work done by this group and thus joined up.  At some point down the road, I may even try my hand at building a Voron from scratch.
