A Busy Voron

Recommended Posts

My 2.4 has been busy this week.

I needed to make my balcony cat sate with netting and poles.

Naturally brackets are not available for my requirements, so it was off to onshape.

It will be interesting to see how the black ABS and PETG holds up to the sun.

I also printed out a stick float rig box (tallored to the size of my vest pocket). Just got to print out the TPU seal now. First time printing with TPU so it be another round of calibration.

oh man.. this looks so great.. I have needed such pieces so many times when I wanted to make something.. It would usually end up in cutting up a wooden piece from hardwood and do and adjust, because such custom made pieces from China were too expensive 🙂

Good job!

Looks strong and sturdy.. a bit of a 'prison'... but oh well.. Its for a good purpose..

What I have noticed is all these people that print, have cats.. I have been unable to link the two together... any hints for me?

Should be ok, though ASA is more UV resistant and supposedly better for outdoor applications.
