Octopus EZ Max extruder will not turn ??

Recommended Posts

I have installed an Octopus EZ Max on my ender 3 . I have the cfg file set up and everything working except the extruder.

To test the operation I set the hot end to above 175 degrees then use the extrude or retract button in main sail.

Thing I have tested and tried.

I have swapped the tmc2209 driver with other motor position all drivers are working correctly.

I have swap the wiring between the X axis and the extruder.  The wiring is ok.

I have tried moving the extruder motor to M3 M7 and M10.  same results on all no movement.

I have checked the jumper pin for the voltage supply. The jumper for the voltage are in place.

I am NOT using sensorless homing so no jumper are in that location.

I do not know what else to test or change. Please help.

It may not be related but I am also having trouble with my eculid probe. I had it working yesterday when I was testing the auto z calibration. once I started to test the extruder the probe always show triggered.  This maybe helpful or just another problem.
