Voron 0.2 not printing exactly square

Hi everyone,

Last year I bought the formbot V0.2r1 kit and recently got to building it. It's all done and I was going through the Ellis tuning guide when I noticed my leveling prints were not square by a lot. I noticed the X axis was crooked but unfortunately I did not take a picture. I loosened the belts, triple checks the frame and made some minor adjustments. Then tuned the belts again. 

Now it's printing a lot better, but if I do a test print of 11x11cm I'm still 1mm shy of square. The main purpose of this printer is as a parts printer so I'm kind of concerned about this. I want stuff to be perfect, but maybe I should just let it go.

Anyone have any thoughts?

Have you racked the gantry? though this is for the V2.4, the same principles apply for the V0
