CAD filetype ... STEP - PAR - .... relationsship between individual parts, coordinate system .. solid body

Hello,

i wonder me why everbody work with the step filetype.

i get quite not happy with it in solid edge ... the hole feature tree is not there.

Yes, i figured out how it worked with the hole detection ... but the workarround is quite not normal.

 

The relationsships between the individual parts is there, but i can not see or edit them.

The coordinate system (base) hanging in the air .. but not at the part.

solid body, i can not generate one...

 

is a nightmare 🥴

How you handle it?
