https://www.matter3d.com/ is a Canadian manufacturer of 3d filament I have used their ABS (Matte Finish) filament and was very pleased with the results

https://sparta3d.ca/ is another Canadian filament supplier not sure if they manufacture their own product or have made for they have a Sparkle ABS/ASA product that is very good.

Heard a lot about these filaments and would love to try them BUT the postage to Australia is similar to the cost of the filament, which essentially doubles the price.

I like there stuff too, but there shipping sure does get out of hand.

I wish they would look for a distributor in the U.S. or offer bulk shipping like so many other

companies. Like free or reduced shipping over $50, $100, or $150 purchase.

I would use there product more often.

Yes, I was talking specifically about Sparta; I know Matter has much better shipping policies.

Sparta is somewhat (relatively) new I think compared to many companies, and it might be a smaller company that might be a little skeptical about being able to handle the volume sales increase if distributed elsewhere or offering reduced shipping. Who knows.

Just put in an order to Matter to see shipping to Australia - unfortunately it seems they do not ship to Oz.

That too bad! I'm almost there dialling in the their filament. I just got some corners with some slight warpage but the rest looks pretty good. Sunlu S2 @ 60C, first layer 2.5, 245/110 fan ramps to 5%, chamber @60C bed fan @20%, QGL and Adaptive Bed Mesh. Next print will have brim ears and see if I can get rid of the warpage.

What do you think any suggestions?

Looks really fine indeed, like the color too, I love a good matt color.

Looks like small markings of being just a little to close to the bed on first layer..  (waving pattern) this could make the warping worse.

Looking at the photos again, maybe its a optical illusion, maybe not.. I see some waving, but the distance looks ok I think.

Thank you for the suggestion to look at my first layer. I want from 2.5 to 3.0 and it really helped with warping!
