Bed Mesh Heightmap Results...

Can someone help me understand these results?  The BED_MESH_CALIBRATE command appeared to run properly but when I look at the Heightmap, shouldn't the Max and Min be closer to 0?

Below the heightmap, try moving the 'Scale z-max' slider up.

That's a bit odd. It seems like the Z homing is off. Did you rehome Z before running the mesh?

Have you set zero_reference_position yet? This is an arbitrary xy bed position to use as 0 z.
