It looks like the BOM includes the acrylic panels and has DXF files available. I'd look at first comparing those vs the stock V0.1 parts. If they match you should be ok to order the Mandala parts. If not, then you'd need to get the modified one cut.

I'm sorry but I don't exactly know what you mean.   I am using "Printed_Tophat_v0.1" from the github repo here: https://github.com/VoronDesign/Voron-0/tree/Voron0.2/STLs/Tophat

There are 4 different options of panels available from Mandala, do I use the v1 tophat panels?  V2 80mm? v2 100mm?  I am completely unsure which to use, I cannot find anywhere that helps me out with this, I don't want to purchase panels that I have to cut if the correct option is available.   I am leaning towards the v.1 because they "lean in" similar to the design of the printed esxtrusions

Thank you for any help you can give me.

From the link you posted to the file, it seems you need the original V0 panels

3mm v0.1 panels from Mandala Rose works. These will fit the Tophat part.

PLUS, you will have to order additional panels for the extension: (from a supplier that can cut these to size)

  • Acrylic/PC 3mm thick or printed panels (dxf included)
    • 1 x front plate - 210x48 mm
    • 2 x side plate - 208x45 mm
    • 1 x back plate - 207x48 mm

Hope this helps.
