When I built my Trident I self-sourced and ended up going with Grainger. I basically wnt don the BOM and ordered enough bags of each screw to fulfill the build. I still have plenty of screw stock left even after several mod projects. I'm also close enough to one of their physical stores I ordered will-call and picked them up. Going through my spreadsheet notes, I spent about $90 (plus local tax) on the M3, M4, and M5 hardware. I was also pleased and surprised to find the A2 stainless was a bit cheaper than the black oxide.
