DISCLAIMER: I have built a Voron before I ordered this one. Knew what I was doing and what I was getting into. Ordered a Voron Trident kit from the site. Order was customizable to get exactly what I wanted, including a few upgrade mods. No issues, no fuss, no complications. Order placed on Feb 26. Order was shipped on Mar 2, received by me on Mar 6th. FAST turnaround from order to shipping (Assuming you don't opt for a wire harness). Packaging? Solid. Well packed, organized, labeled, padded where it needed to be. No wasted space, no damaged parts on arrival, efficient. The review gets even better. I couldn't build my printer until the end of May, due to issues with my 3d printed parts, in addition to life keeping me busy. 3 months after purchasing the kit, I find an issue with one of my cable chains. I was willing to buy another set of chains, because I figured it'd been too long to request assistance. Nope, no issues with support (That I wasn't even expecting). Sent some photos, told them what my issue was, asked how much to send me out the part I needed. "We'll resolve any issue you encounter" and wouldn't let me pay for anything other than faster shipping. Literally the best support i've ever received from a company in my life. Easy to utilize website, Top notch product and packaging, fast order fulfillment to shipping, Unreasonably good customer service.... I haven't found a fault with the company yet. Definitely #1 on my list if I need further parts or kits.

Made two orders. Two weeks later still haven’t shipped. I asked to cancel and he told me he already packed it. Two days later it still didn’t ship. I asked him to cancel three more times, which he ignored. Then he provides a tracking number saying it was already shipped. Meanwhile the order didn’t ship for another day. He robs Peter to pay Paul. Doesn’t have the product he sells. Oh get this. He tried to charge a restocking fee for orders that haven’t shipped! Con artist at its finest.

These guys are great. They provided me with over half of my Voron 2.4's non-printed parts. They have super fast shipping, reasonable prices, quality parts, and great customer support. Since my original build, I have placed several orders for parts to further upgrade my machine. This is my first stop for parts. P.S. They sell the best 3mm heat inserts I can find on the web, and I can't find them anywhere else.

These guys have tons of parts, do kits all the time, and make their own PLA/PETG, no experience with the PETG but their PLA gets top marks from me!

Updated 2/25 - Out of the blue I received my orders - Moving up one star since I did get them, however, the order contents were wrong. Additionally I paid for priority mail and they were shipped first class - Over 30 + days to get three orders. Placed a few orders last month and never received them. Zero communication to any inquiry sent asking for status.
