Orcaslicer 2.3.2 for Klipper & Exclude_Object during printing malfunctions with many retracts

For 99% of the time I print by individual Objects (instead of by layer) as it produces better, stronger results and if any object fails you don't lose all of them.
It's been a while since I had to use Exclude_Object functionality and when I try yesterday it was a mess.

The moment I issued the Excluded Object the Head stopped printing and start moving upward through the layers without extruding any filament but there were a lot of retracts. When it moved to the location of the next printable object no filament was extruded for a layer or so as most of the filament was already retracted and possible ejected from the extruder.

It used to work perfectly with PrusaSlicer and cannot remember if I ever tried it before with OrcaSlicer.

Anyone had similar experience or it works for you what are the sensings?

I use this function quite a lot and have. not had a problem. Using Orcaslicer for MAC (2.4.0-dev). I assume you have

[exclude_object]

in your printer.cfg file

Yes it is in the printer.cfg. I use Windows 11, unfortunately 😄, but I do not think that will have any influence with the G-Code generated by OrcaSlicer.

I even tried removing ALL retraction settings from Filament, Printer etc. as the AI suggested but no change. Btw my test prints without any retractions had a slight Halloween theme, webs!
