FINAL UPDATE:

Spent quite a bit of time tuning the two toolheads. Nudge did a pretty good job of it but for some reason was out on the X-Axis by -0.01 But worth spending the time getting the offsets perfect.

Had to adapt the supplied macro's to suit my printer but with some trial and error, got it working the way I want.

Changed the Logitech camera out for a OV 5640 as I could not find a mount to suit the Logi camera.

Fitted the Mellow Fly LLL buffers and internal spoolholders.

Fitted the panels - and back to where we started, except now a Tridex:

The only issue I encountered was  the umbilicals of the two toolheads. I had the Bowden tubing tied to the USB cable to stiffen the cables, but  it caused a layer shift as seen in the attached print.

Just removed all the zip ties and rerun the print to see if this indeed was the issue. And it was. Now will have to come up with a better solution for management of two umbilicals.

As committed to - here is a video of it printing:

Congrats! This looks really, really good!
The effort involved in setting up and adapting to the dual environment cannot be praised highly enough!

What you could try is a braided cable sleeve from PET as an outer protection. Can cable and a 0.8 to 1.0 diameter steel wire as a guide inside the PET. PTFE tubes separate.

You read my mind. Currently running PTFE tubes separately and have a floppy USB cable hanging limp🤣. Waiting for the braided sleeves to arrive.
