Is this normal?

Hi folks.  Voron 2.4 printer.  Two things are happening that I'd like know if they are normal.  Both have to do with the gantry remaining level.  First, after I've homed, leveled the gantry, etc. if I move the print head around a bit, for printing or just messing around, the gantry isn't still "perfectly" level.  By this I mean if I run the gantry level macro its off by a hundredth of a mm or so.  it's enough where it needs to go around once to get it back within tollerance (.0075). I confirmed this making sure I didn't change the bed temp and my  gantry is not racked.  Is this normal?  Secondly, after I turn the printer off, the gantry sags ~2mm.  Thus, each time I turn it back on I have to relevel the gantry.  It's good hygiene anyway, but wanted to know if this is normal.

Thanks in advance for your time, insight and consideration.

Brent

My gantry slightly drop when I turn the printer off, of course more if I move the print-head manually.
In order to reduce this effect I park the print-head on pillars (below  the bed) before switching off.

Yep fully normal.

My Z axis sags enough that it needs to be recalibrated on every print.

Yet another reason why, IMO, the Trident is a better design than the 2.4.

Same with both of my 2.4r2 Voron; 350 and 300 mm. The drop after power-off is almost invisible, but it definitely needs a QGL the next power-up. As mentioned before, the Startup script always runs a QGL and a Z calibration (not offset) before each print as the cabinet and the bed have warmed-up.
