Trident zero with 235mm bed

Hello Voron lovers!

take a look on my not fully assembled (and not fully modeled yet) custom build. I mixed zero’s gantry with pandora mod like rail positions and independent z from trident. Used laser cut steel parts to make it as stiff as possible. All steppers are outside the enclosure

specs:

2020 frame, mgn12 everywhere, octopus, sbb2209 can, Voron tap, some steel and aluminum parts

Got some new parts. 24V is cool but 2.8A rms steppers need more pauwa to get more speeeed. Non floating boat will print fastaa!!) I’m going to 48V setup

 

also I’m currently busy at insulation, think about to use tempered glass in metal frame. The most tricky part is back vertical profile, it moved out about 25 mm to maximize print area
