I have already re-engineered the cad drawing to 400mm and 500mm bed sizes. Having built the 400mm.

It's only technically a change in lengths of extrusions, linear rails and bed plate/heater nothing complicated.

Those files are not for public consumption though, been bitten in the ass about that before sorry

The Voron Design website allows you to select a non-standard size and then gives you all the details. The only part, as I understand it, you will need to handle is the bed dimensions. Even with this, there is a drawing that describes how to make the changes.

There are mods out there that change the belt width which, as I understand it, would be a good idea on machines larger than 350mm.

We're running it as an internal beta. There are multiple operational at this point. Two should be at RMRRF in a week, but it'll still be a bit before it hits a full release. It is not usually our way to put out public betas, spec sheets, or CAD before the entire release package is ready.

That sounds promising.

Having watched this video Voron Phoenix

I love being proved correct, as anyone who wishes to look back on my old posts here you will see, I presented my own version of "TAP" with cross-slide bearings after tap was first released..... for the lead Voron guy to admit that a linear rail (for the tap application) was suboptimal is like vindication
